Source of inspiration

My sources of inspiration:

Orchards of Rishon Le Zion, with their wonderful Citrus scent.

The amazing Tehina with fresh chopped dill and freshly seasoned vegetables, from my grandfather's garden.

My Grandma's and my Mother's Polish food is the basis to it all.

Persian cuisine received as dowry from my wife and became my second home cuisine.

My first trip to Switzerland where I used to work, and the exposure to high class kitchen baking with traditional European flavors and aromas of their own, that were new to me and opened a world I was not familiar with.

My wanderings around the world in search of endless (and perhaps only increasing) food, new tastes and scents...

All of these and more are the inspiration for my cuisine.
